You must be at least 18 years old to join this service and comply with all laws applicable to the country in which you reside.
By joining this service, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The service is dedicated to the National League (the fifth tier of the English football pyramid).
The content (Content), based on press clipping and stats and produced at the service’s (Provider) discretion, will be distributed to each client (User) via e-mail.
The Provider won’t ask for your private information – all that the Provider will ask from you is a valid e-mail address for Content distribution.
PayPal could collect some of your private information when you pay for the service in advance by using their payment platform and the Provider will be able to see some of those information (those which PayPal shares with PayPal business account holders, including name and address, which Provider needs for billing purposes).
The Provider will make every effort to make all communication with the User cookies, virus and spam free.
No right of any refund is granted to the User.
The User may not copy, reproduce, republish, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use the Content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
If the User breaks the terms & conditions, he will stop receiving the Content, there will be no refund and legal proceedings could be taken.
If the User wants to stop receiving the Content even though he’s paid for it in advance, he can ask for his e-mail address to be removed from the Provider’s database and the Provider will remove it, but there will be no refund.
Any User who doesn’t ask for his e-mail address to be removed from the Provider’s database after he leaves the service could occasionally receive a promotional e-mail from the Provider.
If some kind of a possible financial investment is mentioned in the Content distributed to the User via e-mail, you should only act at your own risk – the Provider will take no legal responsibility for your actions and is not bound by any insurance that the profit will be achieved.
The Provider reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
